The product was ultimately as expected, however the communication with the seller was not smooth. The seller was able to provide the video corrections and updates within the promised timeline, however, a sense of responsibility was missing in the communication. The seller could also use a little more experience in the field. He/She was not very flexible and couldn't go beyond a few boundaries in creation of the lyric video. I am fairly satisfied with how it turned out, but I wouldn't like to work with him/her again.
