In this case, there really wasn't any communication with the seller. We described what we wanted and BAM! he delivered, on time, and nailed it! Couldn't be happier.

It has been my first bad experience on Fiverr so far. I would like to mention that he delivered everything in time and was professionally cut. I wrote my requirements several times, but the video I received was completely out of the subject. The revisions only came after multiple requests ... and then he sent me the same videos (!) Again ... with minimal changes, but everything else the same. In the end he blocked my messages. I will certainly not do anything with him anymore and I have to leave it here as the only bad experience. Of course money is gone too. A shame about the time and the money.
