I use Adobe Aftereffects CC 2019 to add lyrics to music video and create a custom, modern and stylish lyric video using text, images and animation. It will be 100% free for commercial use.

 

I will need wave file of your song, lyrics and artist details. You can send your own images/poster/clipart or I will use one from myself. I can provide video up to 4K quality.
